​​What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping is provided within the US for both original artwork and prints.

 

International shipping is calculated at checkout for prints only. International shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks upon order. Additionally, any duty fees or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient. Before processing your order, we will contact you to approve any additional charges (excluding customs fees or VAT).

When will my order ship?

All items will be shipped within 3-4 business days. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How does my order ship?

Prints will be rolled and shipped in a tube. 

 

Original artwork will be bubble wrapped and shipped in a box.

 

Depending on the size of the artwork, originals may be taken off stretcher bars and rolled in a tube to be re-stretched upon arrival (if applicable, details noted in shop description).

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of transporting art, returns are exchanges are not offered and all are final sale. No refunds/exchanges given.  

 

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely event that the delivery becomes damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery as well as the damaged art inside.
